From Chaos
newly minted earth
awash in shades of softest green and brown
animals awakening afresh in
the originality of perfection
alike in newness and originality
flowers unfolding in fettered rainbow luminescence
life alive in innocence and freedom
salvation from the evil that is to come
that even in the first breath of life begins
its consernation of fatality
